Biography (1986)[]
Began performing at the age of 5, becoming a professional at the age of 10. In 1980, she won the National Disco Competition at the Gold Coast. Laura has worked in an astonishing array of productions. Her theatre credits include Fiddler on the roof with The Australian Opera Company, Oliver, Oklahoma! and Evita. Television and Pantomime have featured heavily in her career, with shows including The Mike Walsh Show, Tonight with Bert Newton, Don Lane Show, Countdown, Holiday Island, Penthouse Club, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh and The Wonderful World of Mr Men. Laura spends her spare time teaching.
